Critical Thinking, Bold Action, Grit, Toughness, & Resilience Was How America Came To Be.
Are your kids in environments where the development of these traits are being encouraged? Most are losing the real game because they are not.
“America was founded on critical thinking, bold action, grit, toughness, & resilience.
And we’re teaching kids it’s best to sit inside and be comfortable while following the same bubble wrapped ‘predictable’ path as every other kid who feels owed a prize just for showing up.”
-Ray Zingler on X
Out of one end of their mouth: “Hey buddy, you can be whatever you want to be in this life!”
Out of the other end of their mouth: “Follow the same conventional (flawed) path as millions of other average kids and expect a different result!”
I mean, I’m dumb.
But that’s pretty fckin’ dumb.
Not only is it dumb, according to one of the smartest men to ever exist, it’s insanity.
You think having them sit down, shut up, comply (or be injected/pilled) to absorb (temporarily memorize) government mandated curriculum for 13 years is going to fuel their natural curiosity and feed their creative expressions so they can grow into dynamic leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and world changers?
The same curriculum that, again, is being taught to 50,000,000 other kids no different from themselves?
For what it’s worth, our governments debt is more than $36T.
And you think “the way” is having people who are also in debt themselves be the ones to teach your kids about economical & financial literacy and how to grow wealth?
Despite all our flaws, we are still one of wealthiest and most resourced countries on the planet.
We’re also one of the unhealthiest.
There are 49 other countries on earth whose people live longer than we do.
And we still think it’s best to sit kids down in AC, feed them processed food and Netflix to shield them from friction?
It’s “best” to send the message of, “follow the conventional path, get the undifferentiated degrees, and then stand outside with your hand in the air to claim your ‘dream job’ that doesn’t exist?”
Do you think entitled kids just fell from the sky?
Of course they didn’t.
They have been bred and conditioned by adults to think the world works in a way in which it does not.
The system is broken.
It’s been broken for years.
Subjecting kids to the path of ease because of societally acceptable convenience is continuing to set kids up for failure.
How did America come to be?
What made her special?
Critical thinking, bold action, grit, toughness, & resilience are the adjectives that come to my mind?
Are your kids in environments where the development of these traits are being encouraged?
